How Do I Love Thee?

Flower Essences to Attract, Heal, and Evolve Relationships

"Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it." Rumi

Relationships often bring out some of our greatest challenges! As we navigate heartbreak, vulnerability, communication, boundaries and sexual expression, our closest relationships can reflect what we must heal within ourselves in order to feel fully authentic and alive.

The Five Elements of Chinese Medicine are encoded with sacred wisdom for opening our hearts fully to intimacy and love; the dynamic dance of Water, Wood, Fire, Earth and Metal are powerful metaphors for the how we relate to others. Through a series of videos, you'll explore key relationship blocks associated with each element. You'll also learn a repertory of flower essences and flower essences blends to have your emotional wellness medicine cabinet.
